Wetnet Next Generation Packet

... or something like that.

Anyway,

More notes and reading on using the BaoFeng 8r. Surprisingly Usable.
Today I'll make a list of what goes in the 99 channels and start
manually programming it.   (Everybody here does monitor the MIRO
systems - right?)

No luck decoding 9600 packet on two meters or 440.8 - I tried both FM
and FM-Data with the UZ7HO high speed soundmodem.   I still believe
that's a configuration issue.

Fired up RMS-Express and connected it to the UZ7HO modem for the first
time.  Learned that KISS over TCP was under simple KISS selection...
That was the hardest part.

Also learned that the UZ7HO Simple Term uses the 'other' TCP
connection to the modem.  So it looks like it will be possible to use
the TERM and RMS-E at the same time.

Polled for messages at NK7N-10 via SEA.   Received 3 messages the
first time.  Two from the system and a third from Peter.

Sent a couple messages.   It's not a web interface but it's certainly workable.

Now to get the Nextbook version running since I have the basics figured out.
